A promotional card given away at E3 during the EON Ticket Summer Tour in 2003 and in issue 173 of Nintendo Power. This card was used to get Latias or Latios on Pokémon Ruby or Pokémon Sapphire by allowing the player access to the Southern Island location. Latias was given in the former and Latios was given in the latter.
