Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in your shipment.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at our Newmarket facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
